Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of January 6, 2023. The Project received no bids. No definite timeline for the rebid. For the replacement of fire doors The Cheyenne Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The bid shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Cheyenne Housing Authority. The purpose ofthis section is to provide guidelines for the minimal requirements necessary for the door replacement.Replace hallway and common area wood doors, doorjambs and hardware. The replacement doors will be constructed ofsteel, to include the doorjambs. Currently the doors are at a 1 'A hour fire rating. The new doors will meet or exceeded that rating and/or meet any newer code requirements. The owner will paint the doors. See below for additional door information and locations
