Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chassell, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Chassell Township Schools will not consider or accept a bid received after the above-specified date and time for bid submission. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in its bid process, to reject any or all Bids, to award the work by component, group of components, or total project, and to accept the Bid(s) which the Board determines will perform in the school district's best interests and will be the lowest responsible bidder(s) as required by law. Each bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the school district or any employee of the firm submitting the bid and the Superintendent of Chassell Township Schools or any member of the Board of Education, as well as a certification of Iran-linked business status. Bids are to be presented in accordance with the Bidding Documents, which shall be made available at Chassell Township Schools, or by submitting a request to Marco Guidotti at (906) 483-2132 x.401 or via email at guidottim@cts.k12.mi.us Specifications: Removal of 2 existing Lochinvar boilers Provide and install 2 new LOCHINVAR FTXL 500,000 BTU BOILERS Provide 2 new boiler pumps properly sized for boilers Install a 2.5" magnetic separator between the boilers and main system pumps in a serviceable location Treat existing system with Fernox Cleaner prior to project Flush system to best of abilities Treat system with Fernox protector upon completion Estimated system volume 200 gallons Price to include near boiler piping and electrical Price to include boiler permit Reuse current expansion tank and water feed Reuse current system pumps
