Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westport, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract provides for the improvement of Hancock Avenue. Work includes, but is not limited to, excavation down to subgrade elevation, placement and compaction of subgrade material, asphalt paving, extruded concrete curb forming, rapid flashing beacon installation, and striping. Starting west of the Hancock Ave and Surf St intersection and extending ~450 east. No roadway improvements are proposed for Surf St. Other construction activities include paved asphalt pedestrian path, permanent pavement markings, traffic control, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications.
