Site Directions: Take Hwy105 West out of Aberdeen, WA towards Westport and turn right on Montesano St. near the Westport Grocery and Deli. Follow Montesano St. for 0.39 miles to beginning of project. For the construction of the following project: Montesano Street No. 14390 Montesano Street Paving Project M.P. 0.39 to M.P. 1.10 C-14390-04 The work, to be performed under this contract consists of placing an overlay on Montesano Street from milepost 0.39 to milepost 1.10, and pave 5-foot wide shoulders on both sides of roadway. Bid items include: Mobilization. Lump Sum; HMACL 3/8 In. PG 58H-22, 1,900 Ton: and Project Temporary Traffic Control, Lump Sum; and other related work. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid proposal made payable to Grays Harbor County Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grays Harbor County. Grays Harbor County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
