The project consists of site work and construction of a new single-story fire station with a mezzanine level within the apparatus bay with renovations & repair to the existing station. Subcontractors interested in obtaining Plan Holders List shall contact them directly. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (45 days) forty five days after the date set for the opening thereof. Bid Security in the amount of (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding A Certificate of Authority to do business in the State of New York, under Section 1301 of the Business Corporations Law of the State of New York shall be submitted by any out-of-state corporations or companies with their bids. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, by order of the Village of Oxford.
