Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Milford, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Installing 225 LF of concrete curbing, 250 LF of drain pipe, 6 Drainage Inlets, approximately 200 TN of asphalt scratch course, 400 TN of asphalt overlay, parking lot striping, and misc. items. The Work will be substantially completed within 45 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1000.00 per day. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. The Town of West Milford reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of West Milford in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. A bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Resurfacing and parking lot improvements at the town hall in the Town of West Milford in Harrison County. Approximate quantities include 225 LF of concrete curbing, 250 LF of drain pipe, 6 Drainage Inlets, approximately 200 TN of asphalt scratch course, 400 TN of asphalt overlay, parking lot striping, and misc. items.
