Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Milford, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Deadline 09/06/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes the following Work Improvements to the town park include furnishing and installing a park pavilion, full court basketball court, outdoor exercise equipment, paved walking path, and other misc. items. Docs note : Bidding Documents issued as half copy full-size drawings and hard copy specifications, are available for $30.00 per set. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications, are available for $25.00 per set via the following link: Online Amounts paid are not subject to refund. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 105 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1000.00 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of West Milford in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Town of West Milford reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
