Site work for a civil project in West Milford, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract #1: Rehabilitation of a Master Meter Vault and Water Storage Tank Vault, replacement of 11 gate valves, replacement of 4 fire hydrants and necessary restoration. Contract #1 - Water Distribution System Improvements 150 / 180 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of West Milford in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 30-42-12 of the West Virginia Code. The Town of West Milford reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
