Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: License A or License B The County of San Benito (COSB) invites qualified contractors, License A and License B, to submit bids for the COSB Job Order Contract (JOC). Work consists of providing all labor, materials, tools and other by the contract documents to provide general construction, repair, remodel and other repetitive related work for the County of San Benito. The Scope of Work (SOW) for this contract will be determined by the Detailed SOW issued in connection with individual Job Orders. The SOW for each project will be explained to Contractor at a Joint Scope Meeting.
