Project #CZQZ 14-0068 A. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract. See Section J for applicable attachments. B. This is a HUBZone Set-Aside IAW FAR 6.205, NAICS 236220, SB Size Standard $39.5M. C. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d). D. 20% Bid Guarantee is required to be submitted with the offer IAQ FAR 52.228-1. Contractor that fails to include a valid bid bond at the moment of bid opening will be rejected by the government (FAR 28.101-4). E. Performance and Payment Bond is required after contract award. F. New Mexico Wage Determination NM20220016 01142022 dated 25 February 2022 applies to this contract. G. Period of performance shall not exceed 10 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). H. Notice to Offerors: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT- No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
