Renovation of a civil project in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish all materials, equipment, accessories, and labor for all operations necessary to complete electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and chemical system equipment improvements at the various well stations; The Work at the wells is generally described as follows: a) HVAC system improvements - Remove and replace unit heaters, damper actuators, exhaust fans, rooftop exhaust fans, and A/C units; b) Electrical and Instrumentation system improvements - Remove, replace, and/or relocate RTUs. Replace, install, and repair Motor Control Centres (MCCs). c) Chemical system improvements - remove and replace, or provide new chemical tank level sensors; Additional Description: NOTE: Each well will undergo a specific combination of improvements; See Construction Drawings for specific work required at each well site.
