Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The general scope of the work includes: o Base bid for the excavation and sewer repairs of a series of eight locations along Edgewood Rd and Ivy Alley o Alternate bid option for one sewer point repair on Edgewood Rd and 725' sewer replacement along Ivy Alley o Sewer lateral reinstatements o Demolition of concrete and asphalt roadways o Concrete and street restoration of all impacted city sidewalks, curbs and streets o Erosion and sedimentation controls. o Maintaining all residential sanitary sewer flows Each proposal shall be accompanied by cash, certified check, or Bidder's Bond in favor of MSANK in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total Bid, as evidence the Bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the Contract in case of award. MSANK reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all Bids. The Successful Bidders will be required to enter into a Contract with MSANK and to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond in the full amount of their Bid. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. All applicable laws, ordinances and the rules and regulations of the authorities having jurisdiction over the work shall apply to the Contract throughout. Bidders will be required to execute a Non-Collusion Affidavit and submit it with their Bids. The Successful Bidders will be required to comply with all Federal, State, and local Laws and Regulations governing prevailing wage determination and fair employment practices which may be applicable to this Contract.
