Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the site improvements that the District desires to have completed at its Pardee Center facility. 1. Overview of Site Improvements* a. Clearing and grubbing. b. Site demolition. c. Grading d. Drainage improvements. e. Concrete flatwork. f. Mechanical equipment screens. g. CMU retaining wall with foundation and stone veneer and cap. h. Relocation of existing boulders. i. Irrigation system improvements including testing, startup procedures, training, and maintenance during establishment period. j. Planter edgings k. Plantings, (trees, shrubs, ground cover, and sod), including soil testing and preparation, pre-emergent herbicide, plant establishment period and planting guarantee. l.
