The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking services for the reworking and repaving of approximately 14,000 square feet of asphalt paving, at CAL FIREs Valley Springs Fire Station, located in Calaveras County The services shall be performed at 1855 New Hogan Parkway, West Point, CA 95255. Contractor License Type Description A General Engineering Contractor C-08 Concrete Contractor C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractors 1. Mill approximately 14,000 square feet of existing 4" asphalt and store on-site for later placement. 2. Scarification and recompaction of 6" of base rock for approximately 14,000 square feet. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for SWPP and Dust Control Plans. 4. Contractor shall ensure the new conditions allow for site drainage and is responsible for maintaining grades during construction. 5. Placement of new 4000 PSI, 6" thick Portland Cement Concrete section with 4" class II ag base. 6. Construct edge concrete curb 7. Construct/Clean soil V-Ditch B. Related Work 1.
