The Town of Woodside (Town) is soliciting proposals for professional civil engineering services to design the rehabilitation of its Kings Mountain Road bridge over West Union Creek just east of Tripp Rd in Woodside, CA This project requires a full service consultant team with the ability to deliver a wide range of services specific to this type of HBP-funded bridge replacement project, including, but not necessarily limited to: (1) review of feasibility report and recommend design alternatives; (2) complete environmental document preparation with full compliance with the National Protection Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); (3) surveying; (4) geotechnical services; (5) hydrology and hydraulic services; (6) preliminary and final engineering, (7) preparation of PS&E; (7) right-of-way engineering, appraisal and acquisition services; (8) construction services; (9) additional support in acquiring funding, including preparation of funding applications and support in updating costs as required by Caltrans.
