East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) intends to award a contract the Proposer(s) who best meets the Districts requirements. It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the interior and exterior renovation of the Pardee Hydropower Crew Quarters The successful Proposer will be required to post and maintain a performance bond, for one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount with the District ***In order to be eligible to Proposal on this RFP, a representative from the Proposers company MUST attend site walk/Proposal conference and sign into confirm her/his attendance. If an RFP response is submitted by a company that was not in attendance at this meeting, its RFP response WILL be rejected***
