The documents necessary for the tender will be available only through the electronic tendering system or order by telephone at the toll-free number 1-866-669-7326 (notice number: 1622365). Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization. Any interested tenderer must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents. A bid security equivalent to $25,000 in the form of a bond, certified check or bank draft must accompany the bid. This contract is subject to the ACCQO, the AQNB and the ALEC. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines any responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
