Reference number : 1624942 Review Title : Purchase of de-icing salt Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Purchase of de-icing salt The City of Saint - Joseph - de - Beauce is requesting bids for the supply and delivery of bulk salt for road de-icing (sodium chloride) for the 2022-2023 season. The documents necessary for the tender will be available only through the electronic tendering system or order by telephone at the toll-free number 1-866-669-7326 (notice number: 1 624 942). Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Any interested tenderer must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents. This contract is subject to the ACCQO, the AQNB and the ALEC. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines any responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
