CITY OF EDEN PRIAIRIE, MINNESOTA NOTICE TO LIGHTING MANUFACTURERS FOR MILLER PARK BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL FIELD LIGHTING SYSTEMS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lighting material bids for (1) baseball field and (4) softball fields will be received from lighting manufacturers in accord with the specifications and lighting layouts. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and information therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. Questions or those desiring a copy of the Specifications may obtain them from the Owner's Representative, Sports Lighting Authority cgallop@sportslightingauthority.com
