The City of Commerce City ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced design/build consultants ("Respondents") to provide design/build remodel construction services, as described in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The selected Respondent is expected to design, demolish and remodel the existing kitchen at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP ("Services") Job Location Eagle Pointe Recreation Center 6060 E. Parkway Dr. Commerce City, CO 80022 Question Acceptance Deadline 09/23/2022 02:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No Consultant will perform design/build services to assist the City in achieving a remodel of the current kitchen at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 East Parkway Drive, Commerce City, CO 80022. The aging kitchen, in the newly-remodeled Recreation Center, will need to be demolished and re-designed to serve as a catering kitchen, as well as a teaching kitchen for community education programs.
