As of August 16 2022 ,there is a awarded bidder now. Bidders shall include with their bid, a bid deposit in the amount of of the total bid in the form of a certified check or bid bond. Contractors will be able to be led in groups to review several apartments that represent the 21 apartment kitchens being remodeled. The Common Area Kitchen will be the start point for reviewing the project. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and or all bids and to waive formalities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the agency to do so. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date for the opening thereof.
