The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants that are registered to do so in the State of Washington to perform a study on the fresh water mussels that have inundated the irrigation system, and provide a recommendation on how to remove the mussels and prevent re-inundation. The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide sufficient information to enable qualified Firms to submit a written SOQ that demonstrates recent experience in the preparation of biological and engineering studies on behalf of a municipality. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Randi Notte at notter@pasco-wa.gov, no less than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due. Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
