Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project. The project includes improvements to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Collection System. WWTP improvements include a new raw sewage pumping system, headworks screen replacement, Mixed Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) system, aerobic digestion system, solids thickening and storage, chemical feed systems, building improvements, electrical and SCADA improvements, site improvements, HMA paving site, site restoration, and all related work. Collection system work includes sanitary sewer replacement, lining, manhole repairs, a new directionally drilled river crossing across the Grand River, Lift Station improvements, site restoration and all related work.
