Site work and paving for a civil project in East China, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The estimated cost is $303,605.00. Major items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Removal and replacement of existing meter, bypass assemblies at Recor Rd. and St. Clair Hwy water main meter pits - Construction of new electrical junction at Recor and St. Clair Hwy water main meter pits. Together with traffic control and other related work items such as driveway and road removal and replacement, connections to existing water main, etc. Questions are submitted online No Additional Bidding Instructions: Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or satisfactory bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to East China Township, shall be submitted with each bid. The Township of East China reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities, and to make the award in any manner considered by the Township to be in its best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date and time of bid opening.
