Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in East China, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Questions are submitted online No East China Township is soliciting proposals for Bike Path repairs within the Township Park adjacent to Recor Road. Work includes saw cutting and full depth removal and replacement of asphalt path, where indicated on the drawings. Other items may include replacement of base and/or subgrade if needed, removal and replacement of traffic signs, restoration and the replacement of fences, mailboxes, landscaping, or other physical features that may be disturbed during construction. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date and time of bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or satisfactory bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the Charter Township of East China, shall be submitted with each bid. East China Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any parts of the same, to waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid in its own best interest.
