Reference Number 0000360627 Replace/connect Public Water Main to Six (6) Private Properties Major items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: HDPE DR-11 Water Main, Directional Drill, 8" 680 LF Hydrant Assembly 2 EA Tapping Sleeve and Valve and Well 1 EA Water Service, 1" Copper, main to house Together with traffic control and other related work items such as fittings, connections to existing water main, etc Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or satisfactory bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to East China Township, shall be submitted with each bid. Substantial Completion May 15, 2025 Final Completion June 15, 2025 The Township of East China reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities, and to make the award in any manner considered by the Township to be in its best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the date and time of bid opening. Submit questions in writing to the project engineer up to one week prior to the bid opening. Questions submitted after that will not be answered before the bid opening.
