The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of bids. The Township of East China reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding.
