The Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District (BNWRD) is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for the 51-Inch Main Interceptor Sewer Cleaning, generally including all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment and services necessary and required as set forth in the Contract Documents. For any questions or issues accessing the Bidding Documents from the website, contact the Office of the Engineer. Terms and Conditions will need to be accepted by the planholder prior to obtaining an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents on the Project portal. Electronic Document access will only be provided to interested bidding companies and/or equipment companies. Electronic copies are provided at no cost. Printing of such documents will be the responsibility of the planholder in accordance with the website Terms and Conditions. A pre-bid conference will not be held. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
