Renovation of a medical facility in Chester, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,775-square-foot medical facility.
Interior Renovations at Memorial Hospital Randolph Hospital District dba Memorial Hospital Chester 1900 State St., Chester, IL 62233 Scope of work includes renovations on the main level to create outpatient clinic space, lab draw, public restrooms and gift shop. Work will be carried out in two phases. The individual bid packages include: A) Fire Protection B) Electrical, Including Fire Alarm C) Mechanical D) Plumbing The Contractor for this project will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act. Randolph County Hospital District reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to the opening of bids. QUESTION PERIOD will end July 22nd at 4:00 p.m. Any addenda will be distributed at least 24 hours before the bid due date.
