The City of La Canada Flintridge is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to evaluate and assess funding options for a proposed septic-tosewer project which would complete the City's sewer system The Project consists of the preparation of a funding plan for the completion of the City's Sewer System, a septic-to-sewer project for the portion of the city south of Foothill Boulevard. Consultants will evaluate funding options for the environmental, design, right-of-way acquisitions, construction, and maintenance for the sewer system. Technical and Cost Proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, Technical Proposal for "Septic-toSewer Project Funding Plan" and "Cost Proposal for the Septic-to-Sewer Project Funding Plan", respectively. Proposals must bear original signatures. Sealed proposals must be addressed to Mr. Patrick V. DeChellis, Director of Public Works, and mailed or delivered to the Public Works Department at the City Hall, One Civic Center Drive, La Canada Flintridge, California 91011. Queries regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to pdechellis@lcf.ca.gov with copy to jjeffrey@lcf.ca.gov. no later than July 12, 2022. All addenda, if any, will only be posted on the City All Proposers shall be licensed in the State of California in accordance with provisions of the Business and Professions Code and shall possess a valid license at the time of Proposal's submittal. The successful Consultant and his subconsultants will be required to possess business licenses from the City. All responses to this RFP shall become the sole property of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and any item or items therein and to waive any nonconformity of proposals with this RFP, whether of a technical or substantive nature, in the interest of the City. The City also reserves the right to retain all proposals for a period of 90 days. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
