Rock County is soliciting responses from Underground Utility Contractors who possess the personnel, equipment, tools, and experience necessary to place a new underground duct and fiber optic cable infrastructure between various County sites on the County's 3400 N. Parker Drive property in Janesville, Wisconsin. This project entails placement of underground duct packs consisting of both single and dual 2" ducts, handholes, and various sizes of Fiber Optic Cable. Respondents are required to provide pricing for a completely operational system of fiber optic cables and duct as defined in these Bidding Documents and associated CAD Plans
