The Bids Will Include Rebid of Metal Studs and Gypsum Boards and Landscaping Scope. All Other Scopes Have Been Previously Awarded. All Work Will Be Issued Under a Sub-contract to the Construction Manager, Jp Cullen. To Assure Proper Coordination and Completion of Each Bid Package Under This Project, the Contractor Shall Collaborate With All Trades and Material Suppliers.
