The City is seeking to obtain the services of a qualified consulting firm to provide design and engineering services for certified Full Capture Systems (FCS) that prevent trash greater than 5 mm from discharging to receiving waters. This scope of work will support the City in meeting regulatory objectives from the Central Valley Regional Water Board as required per the Trash Provisions. The scope will include developing a preliminary design report to evaluate costs and impacts to the storm drain system from the proposed FCS, providing design drawings, supporting the construction process, assisting with permitting, and providing post-construction support.
