The City of Sacramento, Youth, Parks & Community Enrichment Department, Park Planning & Development Services is soliciting proposals for the preparation of an Initial Study for the attached project: (Renfree Field Renovation at Del Paso Park. The City of Sacramento, Community Development Department, Environmental Planning will act as the "Lead Agency" for the preparation of the Initial Study pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the project. The successful consultant will work directly for the Park Planning & Development Services in the preparation of this CEQA document. The project includes renovation of Renfree Field, with construction of two new ballfields, two sports courts, and a 36-space parking lot, walkways, storm drainage system, irrigation system and low water use landscaping and drought tolerant large canopy shade trees.
