Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yorktown, Virginia. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of April 8, 2024, per owner, an engineering team has been selected. There is no general contractor at this time. The project is in the planning and preliminary development stages. There is no timeframe for construction. Final design plans have not yet been started. Project is continuing to plan for development of the commerce park and is going through the approval processes with the jurisdiction and marketing the property to potential developers. The York County of York, Virginia, Office of Central Purchasing, on behalf of Economic & Tourism Development (ETD), representing the Eastern Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority (EVRIFA), the "Owner"), is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants (the "Offeror" or "Consultant") to furnish the goods and/or services described herein. Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:00 p.m. on August 5, 2022. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. A Pre-Proposal Meeting is not scheduled for this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
