Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Stony Plain, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade, 36-unit elderly care / assisted living facility.
Meridian Pioneer Manor is a 36 unit, 4-story self-contained concrete building located at 5007 52nd Avenue, Stony Plain. The facility was constructed in 1989, is owned by Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by Meridian Housing Foundation. MHF on behalf of ASHC is solicitating for an all-inclusive price to convert tubs to showers for universal access which is safer for residents. The requirements within each room shall include tub to shower conversion (22 standard rms).
