Opportunity Description: The Town of Stony Plain is seeking a service provider with the demonstrated professional expertise and applicable certifications to carry out all the activities and disciplines to perform the investigation, data analysis, and compilation of a municipal facility assessment report of selected facilities within the boundaries of Stony Plain. The work will be started in 2022 with properties selected to maximize budget availability, and prioritization and completed in 2023 within the limits of the budget funding approved by Council. A draft and final report will be required for each calendar year. The desired outcome is for the report to clearly identify, prioritize maintenance, and capital expenditures for each facility as a Facility Condition Index. These assessments should include a complete facility condition audit, lifecycle plans, repair/maintenance prioritization, and capital renewal requirements over immediate, short, and long terms. The report or index should establish an immediate, short and long term asset management plan in order to ensure the Towns infrastructure is sustained in a manner that meets the present and future growth needs through the detailed cost-benefit/deferral risk analysis for each facility.
