The Kalispel Tribe is seeking proposals for infrastructure design and construction from qualified parties for its proposed housing cluster on the Kalispel Indian Reservation near Usk, Washington.Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
