The Town of Cusick, Washington is requesting bids from qualified contractors for installation of a new Metal-over-Metal Mechanically Seamed Roof at the Town of Cusick’s Water Treatment Facility located at 2413 Black Road, Usk, Washington, as per specifications provided. 1.1. Description of Work – The work covered under this section includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 1600 square feet of mechanically seamed metal roofing, necessary Roof-Hugger supports, underlayment and accessories necessary for a complete waterproof metal roof over the existing metal roof. It also includes necessary fasteners and trim as need to transition to existing storm gutters. Roofing panels, clips, closures, and other accessories shall be standard products of the same manufacturer.
