As of March 25, 2025, this project is near complete in design and awaiting funding. Information regarding a general contractor or bidding method has not been disclosed. A firm timeline of construction has not been reached. Pend Oreille Valley Railroad (POVA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from design professional firms registered and licensed to practice in Washington to provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for a proposed repair shop expansion, in the form of a new shop, in Usk, Washington.
