The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable suppliers for providing Streetlights and Poles in accordance with the specifications included herein. It is the intention to purchase all quantities immediately. Local Preference. A three percent (3%) local preference will be extended to those businesses located within the City of Bakersfield city limits. This policy is in accordance with Council Policy Resolution #026-12.
