The Town of Whitefield is seeking bids for the mowing season of 2022. Mowing operations will include: Shoulder mowing consisting of brush/small saplings in the right-of-way of Whitefield's municipal roadways. Boom mowing must be performed where allowable and practicable. Mowing will be done so that no debris are deposited in the roadway. Bid pricing must be on company letter head and clearly stating the price per hour. Fuel price surcharge (if desired) must be included in the bid and disclosed clearly in incremental steps. The bid submitted would be for a three- year period, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 or more is required.
