Site work for a transportation facility in Whitefield, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Sealed bids are invited for airport improvements, specifically Airfield Pavement Maintenance and Remarking of Runways, Taxiways, and Aprons at Mount Washington Regional Airport. The project includes crack repair/fill and installation of pavement markings. The performance period for this work is 15 calendar days (non-consecutive). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the specified project information. Bidders must register by email to receive access to project documents. All requests for information must be made via email. Prospective bidders are strongly recommended to attend a pre-bid conference. Contract work will be funded through federal, state, and town funds, and must comply with all applicable requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation, FAA, NHDOT, and the Town of Whitefield. Question Deadline 11/18/2025 All requests for information regarding this project shall be made via email to airport.bids@stantec.com (subject line: HIE-Airfield Pavement Maintenance and Remarking). All bidders must follow requirements including 49 CFR part 26, Federal Aviation Regulation Part 152 Subpart E, Buy American Preferences, Civil Rights - Title VI Assurances, Davis-Bacon Act, Debarment and Suspension, Foreign Trade Restriction, Lobbying Federal Employees, Recovered Materials, and Executive Order 11246. Contractors must comply with minimum wage rates as determined for Coos County, New Hampshire. The Owner encourages participation by all qualified firms regardless of business size or ownership.
