As of August 31, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bids will be received for single-prime, mechanical contractor. All proposals shall be lump sum. Project specific questions, bidding procedures, preferred brand alternates, performance specifications and HUB information will be addressed for this project. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents electronically and submit Pre-Bid Questions by visiting website. At the top of the website select Bidding, and find the applicable project. Only Bidders or entities who obtain Bid Documents through Moseley Architects via the electronic process above will be considered Plan-holders. All others who obtain electronic Bid Documents or hard/paper Bid Documents through other means, including Plan Rooms, other Contractors, Owner, or third-party websites are not considered Plan-holders. Only Plan-holders will be notified of Addenda. Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing bids; neither the Owner nor Engineer assumes responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades. NOTE: The bidder shall identify on its bid proposal the minority business participation it will use on the project. Forms are included within the Proposal Form in the bid documents.
