Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Groundskeeping and Landscaping services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, taxes, and fees to provide weekly groundskeeping and landscaping services as described in the Sample Agreement. Questions 10/21/2022 2:00 p.m. Estimated Award Date 11/14/2022 Estimated Contract Start Date 01/01/2023 Potential Bidders who attended the mandatory walk-through may submit questions regarding the bid by 2:00 p.m. on October 21, 2022. All questions should be emailed to janette.galvin@fire.ca.gov and CAL FIRE will provide answers by written response via addendum to the solicitation. Contractor License Type Description C-27 Landscaping Contractor The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement.
