Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) On-Call, As-Needed Preventative Tree Maintenance Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, equipment, tools, permits, taxes and fees to perform the required preventative tree maintenance services at the CAL FIRE facility listed below per Exhibit A, Attachment 1 Detailed Scope of Work. Potential Bidders who attended the pre-bid walk-through may submit written questions regarding the bid by 2:00 p.m. on October 3, 2022. All questions should be emailed in writing to kimberly.allen@fire.ca.gov and CAL FIRE will provide answers to questions by written response. NO QUESTIONS received after 2:00 p.m. on October 3, 2022 will be answered Proposed Award Date 10/20/22 Estimated Contract Start Date 11/01/22 Questions 10/03/22 2:00 p.m.
