The contract is to render the services in accordance with the contract documents. The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain professional services in electromechanical engineering to intervene in expertise, security and repair projects after disasters or in the event of emergency situations. The Bidder must provide, in accordance with the Contract Documents, professional services which may include, but are not limited to: The preparation of expertise, analyzes and reports; Preparation of cost estimates and breakdowns; Drawing up plans and specifications; Coordination with other professionals; Support during calls for tenders: analysis of bids, preparation of addenda and recommendations for awarding contracts; Site supervision; Inspections for deficiencies; Commissioning and performance monitoring; Support during disputes.
