Cottonwood Drive Sewer • Low Bidder – Lykins $5,919,824 • Estimated Start – Nov 1, 2022. • Estimated End – July 1, 2023 Potters Lane • Low Bidder – Dan Cristiani $2,636,140 • Estimated Start – Nov 1, 2022. • Estimated End – July 1, 2023 COTTONWOOD DRIVE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS This project involves the following: o Installing approximately 3,550 LF of 8"- 15" gravity sanitary sewers o Installing approximately 400 LF of 30" gravity sanitary sewers o Installing approximately 880 LF of 12"- 18" storm sewers o Associated sanitary laterals (65), manholes and curb inlets o Rear yard easement work including re-establishing the easements by removing/ relocating fencing (1,350 LF), sheds and other landscaping features. o Installing approximately 900 LF of Concrete "V" Ditch within the easement. o Reconstruction of Cottonwood Drive roadway section POTTERS LANE DRAINAGE AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS This project involves the following: o Installing approximately 4,150 LF of various size storm pipe o Installing a variety storm sewer structures, catch basins and yard inlets o Reconstruction of the entrance to Wooded View Golf Course @ Greentree/Potters Lane o Installation of approximately 3,030 LF of 10'- wide concrete Mixed Use path o Installation of approximately 3,392 LF of 5'- wide concrete sidewalk o Removal and replacement of approximately 1,700 SY of concrete driveway aprons o Miscellaneous milling and resurfacing of asphalt pavement o Miscellaneous striping, signage, and ground restoration The bids shall be unit price for all work shown on the plans and called for in the specifications and as detailed on the bid forms and in the information for bidders. The bidder must file with their sealed bid proposal, a certified check or a bid bond in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid, payable to the Town of Clarksville. The above check or bond is to ensure the execution of the contract on which such bid is made. The qualified Contractor(s) to whom the work is awarded shall furnish, within ten (10) days after the date of said contract award and before commencing work, a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to the bid price of the contract awarded to said contractor, and certificates of all insurance required by the Specifications. The Bid security of the three lowest Bidders will be retained until the Contract has been awarded and executed, but no longer than sixty (60) days from the date of opening Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal, or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, or to make such combination of proposals as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of proposals or authorized postponement thereof. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the project throughout.
