Site work for a water / sewer project in Guilford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Any questions regarding the specifications may be directed, in writing only, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2022 to Dockmaster Rod McLennan via e-mail to info@guilfordtownmarina.com with a copy to the Purchasing Department at barrettp@guilfordct.gov and to fainj@guilfordct.gov . Each bidder will be required to submit to the Office of the First Selectman, their original proposal with one (1) copy, one (1) electronic copy, and a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Each bidder shall honor the bid price for ninety (90) business days from the date of the bid opening, without modification. Upon award of the bid, the winning bidder shall be bound by the bid proposal price throughout the contract period. The Town of Guilford reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to waive defects in same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town.
