Forestville / Mystery Cave State Park Septic Pumping The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to provide portable toilets and all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation for septic pumping in the shower building at Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park. Due to failure of the septic system located at the shower building within the park, pumping will be done two times a week or as needed within the timeline listed below: o July 1-October 24, 2022 o April 17-June 30, 2023 This will result in approximately 55 pumpings. A valid MPCA License per MPCA Chapter 7080 is required. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
